Villa Two at Sai Taan Phuket

Villa Two at Sai Taan is located in the prestigious golden mile area, close to the Laguna entrance, Bang Tao, in a very private secure location only a 15 minute drive from the International Airport, 5 minutes walk to beach, Banyan Tree Golf Course & Village shopping centre, 10 minutes drive to some of the finest dinning on the Island, 20 minutes drive and your at Phuket Town or the nightlife in Patong.

The main pavilion is open plan featuring high ornate timber ceilings in the lounge area. Furnished with comfort in mind, it has a magnificent lounge suite to enjoy the wide/flat screen satellite 30 channel TV, full entertainment system with PS2 and DVD player.

The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful. Facing directly toward the pool, it gives you a floating feeling. It has a separate walk-in dressing room with his and her facilities.

This is supplemented by two self contained twin bed rooms with their own ensuite facilities. Bedroom 2 has a unique intimate outdoor bathing facility to get you back in touch with nature as well as an indoor ensuite bathroom.

The guest villa or 4th bedroom, is very well appointed with a sitting area and ensuite bathroom but fully self contained in a separate villa. Similar layout to a 5 star hotel room.

The layout of the complete Villa is designed to give you a feeling of freedom and tranquility. Every room overlooks the pool and exquisite Thai garden. Maids chamber and Laundry room with washer/dryer are located behind the kitchen area.

If a candle lit dinner is what you have in mind the dining setting for 8–10 people and a fully appointed western kitchen are capable of producing a memorable night in paradise. Relax under the sala by the pool on luxurious teak beds, pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi or just sip a cool drink at the outdoor bar.

• The Villa is located in Cherng Talay and is part of Sai Taan estate, 5min drive from the Laguna hotel complex, 25 min from Phuket Airport
• A good variety of restaurants is available within less than 5 min drive
• An afternoon’s golf is three minutes away at the Banyan Tree golf course
• Bang Tao Bay’s unspoilt 7K beach is four minutes away

Villa Rates

• Daily rates from US$ 450 to 1,000 for the whole villa or US$250 to 600 for two or one bedroom depending on seasons
• Daily rates include full time live in staff
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 (eight) Guests (2 additional children accepted)
• No extra bed available for this villa
• Promotion for 14 nights > 10% discount (except for Peak Season) and 21 nights > 15% discount (except for Peak Season)
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Peak seasons)
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 30 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
• For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests
